First and foremost comes awareness. Why do I tackle things the way I do? Do I dare to think outside the box? Am I doing things for selfish reasons or am I looking at the bigger picture? Am I accepting my responsibility? BeyAnd teaches people to look at their own behaviour and attitude, and the role that they play with that behaviour and attitude in a team or an organisation as far as culture, performance and transformation are concerned. We look at what is visible (behaviour), but especially what lies beneath the surface, what cannot be seen, and yet is important for achieving successful and lasting change (thoughts, feelings, values, opinions and needs), and what prevents us from changing. Only if attention is paid to visible and hidden motives is it possible to influence behaviour and change positively. By doing this the potential of the individual and the performance is also changed for the better. This is an important step in any transformation.
